Welcome to Twisted Trendz! By accessing or using our website, or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Shipping/Delivery: We aim to process and ship orders within 1-2 business days (unless custom). However, Twisted Trendz is not responsible for shipping delays once an order has been handed over to the carrier. Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping provider and may be affected by factors beyond our control, including weather, customs processing, and carrier delays.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. If you encounter any delivery issues, we encourage you to contact the shipping carrier directly.

Cancellations:  Orders may be canceled within 2 hours of placement by contacting us directly. After this period, cancellations may not be possible if the item has already shipped or work has begun. 

Products:  We make a range of handmade items. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product without prior notice.  We make every effort to display product colors as accurately as possible. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s screen will accurately reflect the actual color of the product. Variations in lighting, screen settings, and device calibration may result in differences between what you see and the actual item. 

Customer Responsibility:  You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when purchasing with us. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, this means any change of addresses.
